Mindfulness and Meditation

Course Description

Experience how being fully engaged in your moment-to-moment life can bring you greater peace. Once you learn the principles and techniques of mindfulness, you can apply them to any moment in the day, whether you are eating, driving, showering or sending an email. Meditation evokes a very deep state of physical rest that helps get rid of stress and enhances healing and good health. We'll teach you a simple meditation method and guide you each week through a different meditation practice.

Cancellations & Refund Policy To cancel a registration, please contact TCU Extended Education at 817-257-7132 or Unless otherwise indicated, course registrations cancelled more than one week in advance of the start of the class will be refunded 100%, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Course registrations cancelled one week or less in advance of the start of the class will not be refunded, but fees, less a $25.00 administrative fee, can be applied to another class within one year. Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
