Living With Alzheimer's for Caregivers: Middle Stage

Course Description

Middle-stage Alzheimer's is typically the longest stage and can last for many years. As the disease progresses, the person with Alzheimer's will require a greater level of care. This session will discuss the changes that occur in mid stage Alzheimer's and how caregivers can manage these changes including the changes in relationship, safety concerns and changes in personal care needs. This class is offered in conjunction with the Alzheimer's Association.

Course registrations cancelled one week or less in advance of the start of the class will not be refunded, but fees, less a $25.00 administrative fee, can be applied to another class within one year. Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
