Frank Lloyd Wright: The Life and Legacy of America's Greatest Architect

Course Description

A historical summary of Frank Lloyd Wright's life and career from his early work in Chicago to his peak in the 1950s with such buildings as the Price Tower, the Marin County Civic Center and the Guggenheim Museum. Class 1 will cover Mr. Wright's remarkable life and 70 year career, and Class 2 will look in-depth at Taliesin West, his unique winter home in Arizona, and conclude with a discussion of his innovations and his enduring legacy in American architecture today.
