Course Description

What makes a hero? How do you write and draw a comic book? Students in this camp will experiment with comics as a means of understanding the development of the hero and his journey. The emphasis will be on generating compelling characters and storylines, writing a script that will turn into a comic, and developing the basics of drawing needed to contribute your work to the class' digital comics anthology. This camp is sponsored by the TCU Center for Digital Expression (CDEx).

Transfers/Cancellations/Refunds
If you must transfer to another session:
-2 weeks or more in advance: no fee
-Less than 2 weeks: $25 fee, subject to availability

If you must cancel your registration:
-2 weeks or more in advance: full refund, less $25 administrative fee
-Less than 2 weeks: no refund
-TCU will cancel low enrollment camps no less than 1 week in advance and participants will receive a full refund.
