Stop the Bleed

Course Description

This standardized course teaches you how to recognize a life-threatening hemorrhage and how to stop it using tourniquet application, pressure and wound packing. The course was developed in collaboration with the American College of Surgeons, the U.S. Military Combat Casualty Course and the National Association of EMT/Paramedics. Learn how to apply your knowledge to treat those injured from car and motorcycle crashes, falls, accidents at home or on the job, shootings and other mass casualty occurrences. The course is didactic and includes hands-on training. The class takes about 1.5 hours and a certificate of completion is provided.

Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
