Hatha Yoga: Introduction

Course Description

Learn relaxation, complete breathing and proper body alignment while developing strength and flexibility through basic yoga postures. The class is suitable for newcomers to yoga but also offers a challenge to people who already practice yoga. Please bring your own mat to class and wear clothing that allows freedom of movement.

Cancellations & Refund Policy To cancel a registration, please contact TCU Extended Education at 817-257-7132 or Unless otherwise indicated, course registrations cancelled more than one week in advance of the start of the class will be refunded 100%, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Course registrations cancelled one week or less in advance of the start of the class will not be refunded, but fees, less a $25.00 administrative fee, can be applied to another class within one year. Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
