Fort Worth Parks: A Study Tour of Open Spaces

Course Description

Focusing on the history and evolution of the park system in Fort Worth, the class includes a two-hour lecture and six-hour tour with lunch. Exploring the development of the city's larger park spaces, including Lake Worth, Trinity, and Forest Parks, the class and tour will also feature less well-known parks and historical trends in public recreation in Fort Worth.
