This course will go through a step by step process on how to manage your own estate sale or choose a professional estate sale company to handle it for you. We will cover the criteria for choosing the right company to meet your individual needs. You will learn how to determine if you need a sale and the best way to achieve your goal of liquidating those items not wanted by the family.

Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
