Qigong in The Japanese Garden

Course Description

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice for healing and transformation and is best done outdoors. The exercises are powerful, yet gentle and easy to accomplish. We will practice several styles and forms of Qigong. The benefits are increased energy; greater calmness and self-awareness; balanced hormones; improved strength, stamina, and balance; less joint pain and stiffness; enhanced immunity; better mental functioning; and integration of spiritual and internal energies.

Cancellations & Refund Policy To cancel a registration, please contact TCU Extended Education at 817-257-7132 or Unless otherwise indicated, course registrations cancelled more than one week in advance of the start of the class will be refunded 100%, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Course registrations cancelled one week or less in advance of the start of the class will not be refunded, but fees, less a $25.00 administrative fee, can be applied to another class within one year. Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
